I always try to find a moment for literature, says Commissioner Kristalina Georgieva

I spend a good part of my time on planes or other transport that brings me to some of the most difficult places on earth, where suffering is immense. This is exhausting and emotionally taxing. Whenever I have a moment at home or during my trips besides briefings, speeches and policy notes I always try to find a moment for literature, says Ms Kristalina Georgieva, Member of the European Commission.

It remains one of the best ways I know to recharge your batteries, lift your mood and above all remind you of the best humanity has to offer, added Ms Georgieva.
