Rein Lang, Estonian Minister of Culture, supports “Get Caught Reading”

Mr Rein Lang, Estonian Minister of Culture, was “caught” reading Mesmer’s Circle, by Jaan Kross.

Jaan Kross’s novels and short stories are almost universally historical; indeed, he was often credited with a significant rejuvenation of the genre of the historical novel. In most of his works the action  takes place in Estonia and often, the novels tackle the relationship between Estonians and Baltic Germans and Russians, said Minister Lang.
